Product use and safety
- Burning instruction: when lighting your candle please ensure you have the correct size wick 1/4 inch, to ge the best melt let the candle pool all around then blow candle out when re lighting ensure wicjk is trimmed
- Dont burn any candle for longer than 3 to 4 hours
- Dont place in windows or direct sunlight
- Never leave a candle unattened or melts in a burner
- Dont burn the candle to expose the wicks at the bottom this can cause explosion of the glass casing as it gets too hot
- Dont have candles or burners near flammable material or were a window is open that can blow curtains onto candle or burner
- Dispose safely of candle wax do not pour down drain
- keep away from children and pets
- store in a cool dry place
- do not expose to extreme temperatures

- We use glass holders for our candles thicken glass, we use 100% soy wax and our coloring which is non toxic, we use cotton or wood wicks, glassine bags for our bars and melts and biodegradable packaging and labels and wrapping, bags and boxes, we use only pet friendly, vegan friendly, cruelty free fragrance oils and we use natural oils for our diffuses, all our products have cpl labels fro either wax melt or candle

- Even though we test and try to get the best product we can not guarantee the perfect burn or fragrance out put for each specific need

- We will not be responsible for damages or injuries failing to follow the burning instruction of candles or burners

- Hate speech, bullying, swearing or non buyer reviews will not be tolerated
- We will Disable user accounts if this happens
- We do however accept reviews about products bought from us

Shipping
- All shipping is payable by the customer unless otherwise specified delivery will normally be within 3 to 5 days depending on the day from ordering unless specified,
- loss or damage will be investigated by the delivery service that we use for our delivers we will always also try to rectify any issue as soon as we can
